Automotive industry
The automotive industry is the pinnacle of manufacturing. In this industry, the most crucial thing is that the many components, even small ones, are packed the first time flawlessly because the production process cannot stop.
On average, a car consists of 40,000 parts. To transport them safely, hundreds of different types of packaging are needed. So the challenge is to pack the different accessories carefully so that they are not damaged.
At the same time, we have to work with precision to get those many items to the next stop on time.
We usually pack automotive spare parts ranging from small light bulbs, to bumpers, complete car roofs, large body panels, but we have also prepared windscreens for longer transport.
Working with responsibility
There are no second chances in this market. We have to create perfection on the first try, because the goods cannot be damaged in any way. Car manufacturing and the whole automotive industry is one big and long supply chain. We are part of this system by packaging parts. We have huge expectations from our partners, to be able to serve this continuous flow of goods to the maximum with our packaging. The process cannot stop for a moment simply because the part was not packed safely.
We are good at adapting to expectations
As we operate in an international market, we encounter different expectations from different cultures. We are able to cope with packaging that has to meet specific requirements and strict constraints, but we are also able to design without a received plan, based on our own ideas, competence and experience. The automotive industry is a fast-paced and perfectionist environment, we like these kind of challenges.
We are constantly evolving
Since our start in 1999, we have operated according to KAIZEN principles. In other words, we are always working to make our products even better and better quality, our processes even faster, and our packaging even more cost-effective.
